Scope of use: The stone grinding mill  is widely used for crushing non-flammable and explosive materials such as calcalite, limestone, talc, mica, kaolin, barite and graphite, whose hardness is below Moshi level 7 and humidity is below 6%. The product particle size can be arbitrarily adjusted within the range of 80-600 mesh.

1.  Large grinding force:
The 4R3220 improved stone grinding mill   adopts four-roller pressure to increase grinding force.
GYM9720 high pressure grinding roller assembly adopts high pressure spring device to increase grinding force. The grinding force of each grinding roller assembly can be increased by 500Kg on the original basis, which greatly improves the pulverizing efficiency.
2. Large grinding area: the grinding height of the grinding roller and grinding ring increased from 160mm to 200mm.
3, large amount of shoveling: the use of increased shoveling blades, the maximum extent of feeding the material into the space between the grinding roller and grinding ring .
4. High classification accuracy: super large classification turbine is adopted, with high pass rate and large air volume.
In addition, the end face of the impeller seal blade and the end face of the powder outlet seal form a palace seal, which is not easy to form short-circuit powder, and the classification accuracy is high.
5. Double cyclone collector: Parallel double cyclone collector is adopted, with a collection efficiency of over 80%, which is 10% higher than that of single cyclone collector.
6. The main mill adopts buffer device, and the structure of the housing barrel is optimized to ensure smooth operation and low noise.
The main mill and the analysis machine adopt the quick change pressing device, the maintenance is convenient.
7. The residual wind is collected by cloth bags without dust pollution.
