傳動系統簡述
特點：各機構有自己獨立的電機驅動、傳動裝置。（見圖 2 ）
 
Features  of Raymond Mill : each part of the Raymond Mill  has its own independent motor drive, transmission device.

主機

電動機功率通過皮帶輪傳動至減速器 。 減速器輸出扭矩通過聯軸器帶動 主機 中心軸上的梅花架作圓週轉動，同時 3 個磨輥由於與磨環相互摩擦而自轉，並在離心力的作用下向外擺動壓緊磨環。梅花架下端與磨輥裝置相交叉的剷刀在轉動過程中，把物料拋向磨輥和磨環之間，形成一個墊料層。在磨輥的滾動作用下達到粉碎和研磨作用。

Motor for Main Mill of Raymond Mill

The motor is driven to the reducer by a pulley.
The output torque of the reducer drives the plum stand on the central shaft of the main engine to rotate in the circle through the coupling. At the same time, the three grinding rollers rotate due to the mutual friction with the grinding ring, and under the action of centrifugal force, they swing outwards to tighten the grinding ring.
In the process of rotation, the spatula intersecting the lower end of the plum flower frame and the grinding roller device throws the material between the grinding roller and the grinding ring to form a cushion layer.
Pulverizing  and grinding are achieved under the rolling action of the grinding roller.
2 、渦輪分級機 ( 大葉片錐渦輪 )
電機 ( 變頻調速 ) 將運動傳給渦輪分級機的渦輪 , 分級機的渦輪旋轉 , 顆粒在氣流中受到不同的重力、輸送力、離心力的作用而達到篩分的目的。
2.Motor for Classifier of Raymond Mill
The motor (variable frequency speed regulation) transmits the motion to the turbine of the turbine classifier, then  the turbine of the classifier rotates. The particles are subjected to different gravity, conveying force and centrifugal force in the airflow to achieve the purpose of screening.
 

高壓風機  Motor for High pressure Blower of Raymond Mill

 
電機通過皮帶輪帶動主軸、風葉運動。使氣體獲得能量，高速進入風機蝸殼，進入回氣箱內。
The motor drives the spindle and the wind blade through the pulley.
To make the gas energy, high speed into the fan volute, into the air box.
 

提升機  Motor for Elevator of Raymond Mill

電動機經皮帶輪，經蝸輪減速機減速，聯軸器輸出所需轉速，帶動鏈條輪、鏈條旋轉、畚斗作垂直提升運動。料斗利用 “掐取法”進行裝載，利用“離心投料法”進行卸載。
         The motor is decelerated by the belt pulley and the worm gear reducer, and the coupling outputs the required speed, so as to drive the chain wheel, the chain rotation and the dustpan for vertical lifting movement.
The hopper is loaded by "pinch method" and unloaded by "centrifugal feeding method".
