传动系统简述
特点：各机构有自己独立的电机驱动、传动装置。（见图 2 ）
 
Features  of Raymond Mill : each part of the Raymond Mill  has its own independent motor drive, transmission device.

主机

电动机功率通过皮带轮传动至减速器 。 减速器输出扭矩通过联轴器带动 主机 中心轴上的梅花架作圆周转动，同时 3 个磨辊由于与磨环相互摩擦而自转，并在离心力的作用下向外摆动压紧磨环。梅花架下端与磨辊装置相交叉的铲刀在转动过程中，把物料抛向磨辊和磨环之间，形成一个垫料层。在磨辊的滚动作用下达到粉碎和研磨作用。

Motor for Main Mill of Raymond Mill

The motor is driven to the reducer by a pulley.
The output torque of the reducer drives the plum stand on the central shaft of the main engine to rotate in the circle through the coupling. At the same time, the three grinding rollers rotate due to the mutual friction with the grinding ring, and under the action of centrifugal force, they swing outwards to tighten the grinding ring.
In the process of rotation, the spatula intersecting the lower end of the plum flower frame and the grinding roller device throws the material between the grinding roller and the grinding ring to form a cushion layer.
Pulverizing  and grinding are achieved under the rolling action of the grinding roller.
2 、涡轮分级机 ( 大叶片锥涡轮 )
电机 ( 变频调速 ) 将运动传给涡轮分级机的涡轮 , 分级机的涡轮旋转 , 颗粒在气流中受到不同的重力、输送力、离心力的作用而达到筛分的目的。
2.Motor for Classifier of Raymond Mill
The motor (variable frequency speed regulation) transmits the motion to the turbine of the turbine classifier, then  the turbine of the classifier rotates. The particles are subjected to different gravity, conveying force and centrifugal force in the airflow to achieve the purpose of screening.
 

高压风机  Motor for High pressure Blower of Raymond Mill

 
电机通过皮带轮带动主轴、风叶运动。使气体获得能量，高速进入风机蜗壳，进入回气箱内。
The motor drives the spindle and the wind blade through the pulley.
To make the gas energy, high speed into the fan volute, into the air box.
 

提升机  Motor for Elevator of Raymond Mill

电动机经皮带轮，经蜗轮减速机减速，联轴器输出所需转速，带动链条轮、链条旋转、畚斗作垂直提升运动。料斗利用 “掐取法”进行装载，利用“离心投料法”进行卸载。
         The motor is decelerated by the belt pulley and the worm gear reducer, and the coupling outputs the required speed, so as to drive the chain wheel, the chain rotation and the dustpan for vertical lifting movement.
The hopper is loaded by "pinch method" and unloaded by "centrifugal feeding method".
